RainbowFish Studio turns 2

On the 15th of April, RainbowFish Studio turns 2 and they are proud to say that they teach Art to almost a 1000 students every week!

“As we complete our second year, we teach 8 grades in Sishya, Lady Andal and Sir Mutha and of course at our after-school center in Kotturpuram. We also conduct workshops in schools and centers in various cities across the country. In an effort to stay ahead of the curve, two of us attended the National Art Educators Association convention in Chicago this March and our learnings from there will feed into our new courses integrating Art and Science in the June-Sept term. We couldn’t be happier with our growth and with our fantastic bunch of eager artists and of course their wonderful moms who had such faith in us,” says a release from RainBow Fish.

So this year, for their 2nd birthday, they host two birthday events:

Ladies do join them on Friday 15th April evening - from 7.30pm to 9.30pm for an evening of fun and art at the Folly at Amethyst. This will be a lightly guided class and they will find inspiration in the Artist Georgia O Keefe’s splendid abstract flowers.

Kids, do join them on Saturday 16th April morning. They have two batches starting at 9am and 10.30am. Do pick a time that works for you and join them in making portraits of Nature using a View Finder to frame your composition. Children under 7 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

And last but not least, do take a look at the amazing courses that they have lined up for their summer camp that starts on Monday April 18th and sign up right away!

“We have limited seats in both events and in our summer camp and we would love to have you with us. Thanking you for your support over the past two years and looking forward to an Artful summer with you,” says the release.
